S4/S5 Fix It Challenge - Second Round-up

Below is the second update on S4/S5 Fix It Fics. We've got nearly 20 fics, with the promise of a few more trickling in. Readers: If you read a fic from below, show the writers the love we refuse to show the PTB. Leave 'em reviews!

Important Note: I am closing this challenge on March 28th, a full month after the original due dates. I'll update the final list at that time, and pieces not completed will be considered defaulted. You can also continue to submit Sparky Treats until that deadline.
